One of my favourite writers is Sophie Kinsella. Her books are well-written, very optimistic and all of them are with happy ending. As I've noticed that life is not always pink, I've decided to read only those books that can make me feel optimistic. So, there are many of Sophie's books on my personal bookshelves.
I know that many women enjoy reading the Shopaholic series; I like these books, too, but I enjoyed the most Can you keep a secret? or The Twentieth Girl. A very interesting novel, written in a particular style is Wedding Night.
Most of you probably know that the real name of this writer is Madeleine Sophie Wickham. She had written under her real name, too (I read The Wedding Girl) but she is better known under the pen name Sophie Kinsella.
The first and second book in the Shopaholic series were adapted into the film Confessions of a Shopaholic.
