I was on vacation with my family and we got to a hotel where we had booked a double room with an extra bed. But, when we entered the room , we realised that there was only bed. We spoke to the managern, who said that we have to pay more money for another bed. We called the agency and they said there was some mistake with our request and that they would take care of it. Our problem was solved within two hours and our vacantion went on perfectly.
