Health and exercise go hand in hand. But, apparently, at some point, we
forgot that.
Nowadays it is a huge trend to eat healthy and to do lots of exercises in
order to keep a healthy body and spirit. I realized that a lot of our food is
processed in order to have a more extended expiration date. As a result, all
those chemicals and synthesis products get into our bodies and pile up in the
liver, kidneys, heart, on our veins and so on.
In a few years of consuming processed food, a healthy person becomes a
sick person.
So, in order to get back to the healthy life-style, one has to start eating eco-produced food, to do exercises regularly, to avoid smoking and drinking every day, in short, to keep a balance between the levels of good and bad food, as well as one for the good and bad emotions.
A bad habit can also destroy the spirit. Depression is the well-known disease of the century. Consequently, more sick people get more bad food, resulting in even more sick people.
Getting out of the vicious circle is hard, but, on the other hand, it is the thing to do if one wants to break out of it.
The benefits of a good health include a better sleep, a more clear way of thinking, and smaller costs for pharmaceutical products or psychology treatments.
