Basketball
My favourite sport is basketball because this game which improves my mobility and attention and because it is also much fun. Basketball is a team game, each team being made up of five players. The players must score points by throwing a ball into the basket.
For a nice team coordination, the players must dribble, pass the ball from one another as they get closer to the basket in order to score. Basketball helps me in developing self-discipline, keeping my mind focused and alert. Basketball also helps to build up muscles, to increase the height in children and teens and it also has a social benefit, because the players learn to socialize and make friends.
I sometimes practice it at home, mounting a basket in the garden, but I consider that playing alone can be quite boring.
