Firstly, I believe that being rich comes with great responsibility. Responsibility towards others and towards ourselves to do the right thing. I believe that anyone who is rich or has enough money to live comfortably and also help people, should do it.
Secondly, I believe that education is the key to success, even for people who are disabled. It is the most important investment a country can make for its own good and its future - invest in its people. Someone with education will have a job, so he/she will pay taxes, and those taxes will be used for the good of everyone. Disabled people should also get the best education available, so they can at least learn a trade and be able to be independent and self-sufficient and provide for their families. If I were rich, I would invest in some schools for people who are physically disabled so they can learn to do things that can help them earn a living. For people who are intellectually handicapped, I would invest in better health care and better living conditions, and maybe invest in a campaign to help people better understand them, their problems and their needs, so they won't discriminate as much.
