What is wonderful about my own country, Romania, is the fact that it was gifted with wonderful nature and breathtaking landscapes. Romanians and foreigners alike enjoy trekking up mountains and replenishing their oxygen levels before going back to the city. Medieval castles or citadels such as Râşnov, Sighişoara, Sibiu attract both tourists and local people with their fascinating atmosphere, authenticity and charm of a long-forgotten time in history. Romanians also enjoy sports. Football and tennis are their favourites and they often support their favourite athletes by attending matches. Bycicle riding is another activity that has recently become popular with Romanians of all ages as well as jogging in the park to keep the fitness level up.
