Children will once become fully responsible citizens of a community and in order to develop themselves to full potential, their parents need to ensure them shelter and food while the state they live in must make sure they, as well as everyone else, have access to safety and health care, make sure they're entitled to rights and most importantly, their inalienable rights also written in the Constitution, such equality treatment irrespective of race, culture, religion, gender, class and so on. There must be strict laws against discrimination so every child can have their basic needs and avoid being prone to injuries and bad habits so they will once appreciate and be proud of their right to self-respect.
