Dr. L. Zunin confirms that the first few seconds or minutes are the most important. He says that at first, you have to be self-confident, so your ideas can get to the person you are speaking to more easily. Nevertheless, self-confidence doesn't mean total honesty. It is not always good to be 100% honest. Certainly, the first minutes aren't the time to complain about one's health,or you personal problems. No one should hear about them.
