I am writing to apply for the job You advertised in this week's edition of Evening Standard .
I am a 16-year old student. I live in a small rented flat away from my family. I enjoy cooking my meals and last summer I worked at Mc Donald's as a waiter. The people I worked with described me as friendly, enthusiasmatic and reliable. Despite my lack of formal training, I fell that I would be well suited for the position. I can work three evenings a week for two or three hours and I am available on Saturday and Sunday.
