Method of preparation
1. Grate the cucumber grated .
2. Place the yogurt in a bowl of water and mix well .
3. Mix yogurt with cucumber , minced garlic , lemon juice , olive oil , salt , pepper, chopped dill , mint and nutmeg.
4. It is so cold 2 hours, then serve.
I served with zucchini and cheese balls , but goes easy on very hot days .
