This trap, for some, is alcohol. Too often, we rely on
drink. I know that I did once. I too thought that a night had to be
fuelled with alcohol to be enjoyable. We all want to relax and let our
hair down – but why does this have to involve drinking?
I have not touched an alcoholic drink for 16 months now, and I could
not feel better! My health, mental health and self esteem have all
gained from my decision to stop drinking alcohol, not to mention my
personal relationships. It has saved me many unnecessary fights, messy
texts and nights forgotten.
